Bilingual Red Envelope

Celebrate lunar new year 2024 with bilingual red envelopes featuring new year wishes in both English and Traditional Chinese.  

Fun language fact: 2024 is the year of the Wood Dragon. And there's actually a wood character 木 at the bottom of "happy" in Traditional Chinese: 樂. This is because before it took on the meaning of joy or happiness, 樂 was originally used in the context of music (e.g. musical instruments 樂器) and musical instruments were often made from wood.

I know Traditional Chinese characters tend to be a bit complicated and look intimidating but it holds so much meaning and personality. I hope incorporating Traditional Chinese characters in my designs encourages more people to learn it!
